社工赋能
“Social Worker Empowerment” is a series of courses and capacity-building programs designed by Big Fish Community Design Center to empower community workers through participatory design. It specifically includes skill development in areas such as empowerment and community building, alongside technical training in leading small-scale initiatives, organizing community open houses, facilitating deliberative workshops, designing participatory processes, and conducting project reviews.
「社工赋能」是大鱼赋能社区工作者参与式设计的一套系列课程和培力计划，具体包括赋能力、社群力等能力提升，以及小事带领、社区开放日、议事工作坊、参与式过程设计、项目复盘等技术赋能。
